4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

     

    • Suspected fraudulent transactions

    • Bulk purchasing intended for resale (if restricted)

    • Incorrect pricing due to system errors

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

 

To protect both parties:

 

  • A complete, continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claims.

  • The video must start from the unopened shipping package.

  • Claims without proper video proof will be rejected.

 

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

  • All website content including logos, images, text, and design is our property.
