1. Nature of Products

 

All our products are collectible scale models. These are delicate items and not regular toys. Minor paint variations, slight box imperfections, or factory finishing differences are not considered defects.

 

 

2. Returns Eligibility

 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

 

  • The product is damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is missing parts.

 


We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Minor paint imperfections

  • Box corner dents (unless severely damaged)

  • Delays caused by courier companies

 

 

 

 

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

 

To be eligible for a return or refund:

 

  • You must record a continuous 360° unboxing video.

  • The video must clearly show:

     

    • The unopened outer shipping box with shipping label visible

    • The entire unboxing process without cuts

    • The product condition inside

     

 


Without proper unboxing video proof, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances.

 

 

 

4. Claim Timeline

 

 

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

 


Send your claim with:

 

  • Order number

  • Clear images

  • Complete unboxing video

 

 

 

 

5. Refund Process

 


If your claim is approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

6. Replacement Policy

 


If stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

 

 

 

7. Return Shipping

 


If a return is approved:

 

  • Customers must securely pack the product in original packaging.

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared.

8. Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

 

 

 

 

9. Final Decision

 

All return and refund decisions are at our sole discretion after verification of proof.
